About two years ago, I realized that I had lost myself. I was striving tirelessly to make others happy, but I had completely forgotten the things that made me happy. It had left me feeling empty and alone. I had to make some pretty intense and sometimes scary life changes. Even today, I am continuing to find myself and am working on loving me for me. In this section, I will talk about the different things I do for my own selfcare and the struggles I face related to being kind to myself. I hope some of my struggles and things that I have learned will help you on your adventure as well.
